Asb cash cleaver

A couple of weeks back we had a zoom call at school with dominic she was a very sweet and kind lady , Our focus with her was how to be cash cleaver . How you can make money , What can you do to make money , How to be smart with money and How to save money. After we were talking about if we had our own biesuns or company if we did what would  be our slogan for it , For example where everyone gets a bargain notice that one yea the warehouse and also there logo to.

 We then made a slide on what we would  to earn money each week and our saving goal,what we would like to buy with our savings also. i choose hoodies cos that was the first thing i could think of and there super  confy also. Have a great day  - Nita:)

maths problem

 

Today at school for our maths learning in room 1 we had gotten given 2 problem's with Extension and extra problem's added to the main problem . For the first problem i had used an math algorithm which had the  hundreds tens and the ones for the first problem it is like a set of numbers used to plus takeaway , and multiply i had used multiplication with algorithm it was fast and simple .

 Extension ( The extra problem)   was times table i split the numbers and times it , and plused the answer  ,

the other problem was based mainly on fractions 4 quarters  of 28. Extension was another fraction one but different numbers 4 quarter's of 60. I had really enjoyed doing this problem with friends also have a great day and thank you for reading :) -nita

today our reading focus was on our hearts.

we were learning where  hearts were located and what our hearts do to help our body with a reading text on slide 1 and also  activity sheet to do on slide 2  also. I really enjoyed doing this reading activity and reading i had also learned a couple of  things from the text as i was reading , I had learned was that the heart divide's into 2 parts and does separate jobs  the right side receives blood from your body and pumps into your lungs . And the left side receives the blood from the lungs and returns it back to the blood, I really enjoyed this activity and will look forward doing it next time stay safe. -nita :) 

a couple of weeks back, room one's  inquiry  focus was on what does excellence mean to you? on what and why it means to you, so i did some research for quotes  to put on my slide and made some ideas of what excellence means to me. What i think excellence means to me was not having to be the perfectionist out of 100 and having to be the best but trying your best to do, basically striving to do better next time . My favourite part was connecting my ideas with the quotes to come up with more ideas, Thank you for stopping by to read stay safe -nita  :)

maths prototec

hi guys today for maths  we had to learn from home because of lockdown ,for maths we had challenges to do and one of them was to go on maths prototec and post our certificate on our blog . my favourite parts  doing was  seeing my percentage because  my score was  75 percent on stage 6 in 6 minutes because last time i was below 75 , I say i am  actually proud of myself because of my score  but i think next time i think i  should try  past 75 percent and be better than before and past 75 percent thank you for reading,  make sure to stay safe :)

 

Albert Einstein reading activity

For reading  activity we were learning about  Albert Einstein  he was a German-born baby born in 1979 march 14th  and was known for world wide for being one of the worlds most theoretical physicist .Of all time he was known for E=mc2 that stands for Energy equals mass times the speed of light squared on the most basic level but mass  and Energy matter they are 2 different forms but of the same thing. Einstein was the first born child out of Herman and pauline Einstein and didn't talk until the age of  3 years old! and was obsessed with  magnetism and taught himself geometry at 12 years old . The part i mainly enjoyed was doing the activity's and connecting the words to the meaning of it i really enjoyed this reading activity and will look forward to it next time.

gorilla reading activity :)

 

for our reading we were learning about Gorilla facts  and  there was a video that we watched about

 Gorrilas. I  learnt that gorillas live in groups called troops and they all have a silver back the main leader and only male gorillas can become silver back they can become a silver back at the age of 13 mainly when when the hair across their shoulder become Grayish or white. The part i enjoyed doing  was learning and researching about Gorillas also learning more things about them they are vegetarians and mainly eat bamboo shoots, Wild celery and others i enjoyed learning about Gorillas and may look forward to it next time . :)
